Our world is changing and sometimes it can feel like we’re being blown about by the winds of these changes.
How would it feel to drop anchor and feel securely rooted in yourself?
To trust your own internal truth and be guided by the compass of your heart and body wisdom?
Flower essences* are vibrational remedies that offer support in our daily lives and work on the emotional, spiritual, and energetic level.
Coupled with meditative body journeying, light ritual around the themes of the month, and sharing, each circle will be held in safety, sacredness, and love.
This is the first of three monthly circles. Each month, you will work with a different flower essence. You will receive a dosage bottle of the single flower essence* to take home and work with throughout the month.
The circle will be 1.5-2 hours.
Monthly attendance is not a requirement but is encouraged as flower essences work synergistically across a period of time.
