Intro Flower Essence Therapy

During our session, we will explore what your deepest heart-held desires are and identify underlying energies, wounds, and patterns that are keeping you stuck.
Then I will weave you a sacred medicine potion of flower essences* to help you begin to heal and resolve these energies.
This intro 1:1 session is a beautifully simple way to experience what working together is like. This is a single session with no commitment to continue beyond.
Session includes a 0.5 oz essence formula.

The Enchanted Heart Essence Journey

Held within the sacred spirit container of New Avalon over a 3-month period, these sessions are a healing embrace of flower and forest alchemy.
The alchemy of the space-holding, layered with the transformative healing of the spirit container and the flower and forest medicine help you stabilize your energy field, allow your heart to open safely, and for layers of awakening to integrate and anchor.
The Enchanted Heart is the first phase of the Path of Mythic Embodiment.
