This pilgrimage has been about closing out an old cycle and preparing for the new.

So far on my journey, I’ve had to say goodbye to so much. Familiar places, faces, energies. Even the dragons are reconfiguring. I continue to close, complete, release to make space for the new.

And yet I continue to be shocked anew when I arrive at yet another once familiar place that has changed, closed, or ended in some way. This is of course the physical world mirroring what I know to be true and unfolding on the inner planes: change is afoot. But it doesn’t make it any easier.

This is a video share about endings and beginnings. It’s about how we tend to reach for the familiar, even when we know that growth is urging us ever onwards. It’s an example of how sometimes we need to create new pathways of experience instead of resorting to that which we’ve already known or done.
